At Chefman, we stand behind the quality of our kitchen appliances and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your Chefman products in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and components that were included in the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
